Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Services

BASKKO GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“BASKKO”) provides AI-powered technology solutions, software products, and consulting services. We do not ship physical goods. All deliverables are digital or service-based and are delivered electronically or rendered as professional services.

2. Service Delivery

Service delivery commences after a written agreement (Statement of Work, Service Order, or equivalent) is executed and applicable advance payment, if any, is received. Delivery channels include:

  • Digital deliverables — software, source code, documentation, design assets, and reports delivered via email, secure file transfer, version-control repositories (GitHub, GitLab), or cloud storage links.
  • Hosted services / SaaS — access credentials shared via email or secure portal upon activation.
  • Consulting & advisory services — rendered remotely (video conferencing, email, collaboration tools) or on-site as agreed.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for each engagement are stated in the applicable agreement. Indicative timelines:

  • Digital downloads / access credentials — within 1–3 business days of order confirmation and payment receipt.
  • Custom software / consulting projects — per the milestones agreed in the Statement of Work.
  • Subscription services — activated within 1 business day of payment receipt.

BASKKO is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to delayed inputs from the client, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is deemed complete when the deliverable is sent to the email address or access endpoint nominated by the client, or when the agreed service has been rendered. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact details and access channels are accurate.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you have not received an expected deliverable within the agreed timeline, please contact support@baskko.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and either re-deliver the item or provide a status update within 3 business days.

6. International Engagements

BASKKO serves clients globally. As all deliverables are digital or service-based, no customs, duties, import taxes, or shipping fees apply. Applicable taxes (such as GST in India) are disclosed at the time of order.

7. Returns & Refunds

As we do not ship physical goods, return logistics do not apply. Refund eligibility for digital deliverables and services is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
