1. How Engagements Work
BASKKO GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED operates a quote-and-invoice model. We do not sell off-the-shelf products through a self-serve cart. Every engagement — consulting, custom AI development, software implementation — begins with a scoped proposal and a written agreement.
2. Engagement Steps
- Enquiry — Reach out via the Contact Us page or email business@baskko.com with your requirement.
- Discovery call — We schedule a free discovery call to understand the scope.
- Proposal & quote — You receive a written proposal with deliverables, timelines, and pricing (in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes).
- Agreement — A Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Order is signed by both parties.
- Invoice & payment — You receive a tax invoice with a secure payment link.
- Service delivery — Work commences per the agreed schedule (see Shipping & Delivery Policy).
3. Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Accepted methods include:
- Credit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
- Debit Cards — All major banks (India)
- UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps
- Net Banking — All major Indian banks
- Wallets — Paytm, PhonePe, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay
- Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) — for invoices above ₹50,000
4. Currency & Taxes
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST is charged at applicable rates and is shown as a separate line item on every tax invoice. The final amount payable, inclusive of GST, is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are stated in the SOW. Common arrangements include:
- Advance — 30–50% on signing, balance on milestone or delivery.
- Milestone-based — tied to deliverable acceptance.
- Subscription — monthly or annual in advance.
- Net-15 / Net-30 — for established enterprise clients with credit terms.
6. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An order/payment confirmation email within 15 minutes
- A GST-compliant tax invoice (PDF) within 1 business day
- A kick-off email from your assigned engagement lead
If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, please contact support@baskko.com with your transaction reference.
7. Security
BASKKO does not store your card or banking credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Cashfree Payments on PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure with TLS 1.2+ encryption. The website is served over HTTPS.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is debited but not confirmed, the amount is typically reversed by the issuing bank within 5–7 business days. For escalations, contact support@baskko.com with the bank reference number.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation eligibility, refund windows, and processing timelines are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
