Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and transactions facilitated by BASKKO GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“BASKKO”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@baskko.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and your order or agreement reference number. Cancellation eligibility and timelines will depend on the specific service agreement in place.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the applicable service agreement. BASKKO will acknowledge any refund request within 5 business days of receipt.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing. BASKKO is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant service agreement, the following are non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully delivered or consumed.
- Administrative, processing, or onboarding fees.
- Amounts paid beyond any applicable refund window stated in the service agreement.
6. Disputes
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly declined, please contact us at support@baskko.com with supporting documentation. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
